These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) application services.

The availability of individual features may vary according to the current status of our application platform.

2. Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through our website is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Applicants must check their:

  • Full name.
  • Date of birth.
  • Nationality.
  • Passport number.
  • Passport expiry date.
  • Arrival and departure dates.
  • Transportation information.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by applicants, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Applications Submitted for Other Travelers

Applicants may use our services to prepare applications for family members or other travelers where they have the necessary authorization.

The person submitting information is responsible for obtaining the required permission and ensuring that each traveler's details are accurate.

Applications for children must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or appropriately authorized person.

4. MDAC and Travel Documents

The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card is an arrival declaration and is not a visa.

Applicants remain responsible for obtaining any separate travel documents, visas, permits, or other permissions applicable to their journey.

Submitting an MDAC application does not guarantee admission into Malaysia.

Final entry decisions are made by the relevant immigration authorities.

5. Application Submission and Processing

Applications are processed using the information provided by the applicant.

Processing may depend on the completeness and accuracy of the submitted information, the availability of relevant systems, and other operational factors.

We may contact applicants to request clarification or additional information when necessary.

We do not guarantee a particular processing or delivery time unless a specific commitment is expressly included in the purchased service.

6. Service Fees and Payment

Our service is provided on a paid basis.

Any applicable service fee will be displayed to the customer before payment is completed.

Applicants are responsible for reviewing the displayed amount and confirming their acceptance before submitting payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

A successfully completed payment does not guarantee immigration approval or admission into Malaysia.

7. Refund Policy

All service fees are non-refundable under our standard refund policy once payment has been submitted.

This includes cancellation requests, changes to travel plans, and requests arising from applicant-provided errors.

Applicants should review all information and payment conditions carefully before completing payment.

The full policy is available on our Refund Policy page:

/refund-policy

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Corrections and Changes

Applicants should contact our support team promptly if they identify an error or need to update information.

Whether information can be corrected or changed depends on the application's processing status and the nature of the requested change.

We cannot guarantee that corrections or modifications will be possible after processing has begun.

Any additional services or charges, where applicable, must be communicated to the customer before they are accepted.

9. Confirmation Delivery

Where an MDAC confirmation is issued through our service, it will be sent to the email address supplied by the applicant.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their email address is accurate and accessible.

Applicants should also check spam or junk folders if an expected message has not appeared.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address provided by the applicant or restrictions imposed by the recipient's email system, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Website Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible website.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, connectivity issues, security events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

We may suspend access temporarily when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or service continuity.

  • Attempt to compromise payment or application-processing systems.

We may take appropriate action against misuse, subject to applicable law.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

We provide services based on the information supplied by applicants and the operational availability of relevant systems.

We cannot guarantee decisions made by immigration authorities, third-party system availability, or outcomes resulting from incorrect applicant-provided information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
